We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our pharmacist or prescriber determines it is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and, in serious cases, reported to relevant authorities.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only after a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. A prescription will be issued solely at the prescriber's discretion based on your medical history and consultation responses.
Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to any other person. We retain the right to decline, cancel, or withhold a prescription at any time if we have clinical or safety concerns.
We are unable to dispense prescriptions issued by third parties through this service.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If a prescription is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensing has begun, cancellation may not be possible under the Medicines Act 1968 and relevant pharmacy regulations.
If a prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
Dispensed medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, except where there is a proven dispensing error or product defect, in which case please contact us immediately.
